He gave us the Penthouse, the view outside our window is breathtaking, the room interiors are amazing, the room controls are at your fingertips, you only need to press them, the service is great, from the bell man, the valet, the registration, the housekeeping, guest services, by just texting to IVY my host, they provided me with extra towels, communication with the hotel staff are so easy, check in and check out can be done online, there is a floor manager waiting outside to look into your needs on checking out, check in can be done even when you are still on the road, the elevators are really private for penthouse, you can not go up without a key, so your safety is guaranteed, the decorations at the hotel elevator lobby up to our floor lobby was so pleasing, the room is so clean and very orderly, the hotel amenities, pool, kids are well entertained, great food and ambiance at VIP lounge, nice stores too. The hotel registration manager Jared M is so accomodating. We did have a great and a fabulous weekend at Ceasars Palace.
